Job Summary: The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote our solar equipment and other products. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and coordinating marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a passion for promoting renewable energy solutions. Responsibilities will encompass various aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, brand management, content creation, and campaign execution. The goal is to enhance the visibility and market presence of the Group of companies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

•Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer preferences in the solar energy sector.

•Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies.

•Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our different services and products.

•Create targeted campaigns to reach specific customer segments and achieve sales goals.

•Develop and communicate a compelling value proposition for our services and products.

•Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

•Create engaging content to increase brand visibility and attract potential customers.

•Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives such as events, workshops, and partnerships.

•Coordinate with external agencies for the production of marketing materials.

•Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.

•Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

•Minimum of 5 years of experience 

•Proven experience in marketing position.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

•Creativity and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
